Pocket springs are housed in fabric pockets and move independently of each other. The more pocketed springs there are in a mattress, the more it is able to support the whole body, giving firmness yet yielding where necessary. This flexibility allows the mattress to respond to the body’s precise shape, weight and size. On a double bed, this means both individuals can have exactly the level of independent support they need with no more rolling off or rolling together.

Anti-dust mite protection

Another cause of poor sleep is the House Dust Mite. The average bed can be home to millions of microscopic mites. Their droppings easily become airborne and when inhaled or come into contact with the skin, can trigger asthma, eczema and dust related allergies. Not a good recipe for a nutritious, healthy night’s sleep. Our mattresses are treated with anti dust mite protection (ADP), to try to ensure a dust mite free mattress right to the deepest fibres. A welcome relief for allergy, asthma or eczema sufferers.
